Mango Passionfruit & Cherry Popsicles

Summer means warmer days, iced treats and beautiful fruit. These GPA Wholefoods recipes are perfect for healthy treats that still produce lots of smiles and sticky chins. We have two varieties for you - Mango & Passionfruit Popsicles and Cherry Popsicles - something to suit everyone in the family.

These flavours usually appeal to everyone but if the kids aren’t fans of passionfruit or mango (or cherries for that matter) you can easily substitute with different fruit combinations. We’d love to hear what you come up with to make these popsicles your own.

Thankfully Nourished Monk Fruit Concentrate

Mango Passionfruit & Cherry Popsicles

Makes 10 Prep: 10 mins (+3 hours freezing)

Mango Passionfruit Popsicles

1 cup coconut water
8 drops Thankfully Nourished Monk Fruit Concentrate
1 tbs lime juice
2 cups frozen mango chunks
2 tbs passionfruit pulp

Place coconut water, monk fruit concentrate, lime juice and frozen mango chunks into a food processor. Blend until smooth. Fold through passionfruit.

Pour into 5 popsicle moulds and freeze for 3 hours or until firm.

Cherry Popsicles

1 cup coconut water
8 drops Thankfully Nourished Monk Fruit Concentrate
1 tbs lime juice
2 cups frozen pitted cherries

Place coconut water, monk fruit concentrate, lime juice and frozen cherries into a food processor. Blend until smooth.

Pour into 5 popsicle moulds and freeze for 3 hours or until firm.

Note: Frozen mango chunks & cherries are available in the freezer section of most supermarkets.
